RJB Properties, Inc.

RJB is a premier Minority Company growing from our small business base into mainstream operations in the Facilities Management and Janitorial business segment.  Our operations span government and commercial interests.  We operate on College Campuses, Commercial Office building, Industrial sites and Convention centers – to mention only a few of our ventures. 

We were founded in 1985 by Ronald Blackstone.  Ronald still leads the Company today in order to insure our continued focus on quality services and the core values he established 22 years ago. 

Our start was with one Wendy’s Restaurant in Chicago.  In 1993 RJB started its first contract in Anniston, Alabama.  In that same year we started services at a variety of Military bases throughout the USA to include Ft. McCoy, WI, Great Lakes Naval Training Center and Whiteman Air Force Base. 

In the “world of choices” in which we started, where small companies abound, RJB achieved our success through setting core values and establishing a level of integrity that Ronald brought to bear from his background, education and prior corporate experiences.

These Corporate guidance’s and a dedicated team of ‘Can Do’ people has lead RJB to unprecedented gains in the market where we have consistently enjoyed double digit growth over the last five years. 

The foundation of our success starts in our corporate headquarters in Chicago, IL. where we have access to our HR, Financial, Payroll, Business Development and Executive team.  In addition we are augmented in the field by our operating team in support of our day-to-day efforts and the needs of the specific Project locations.
